Based on this information, a custom training program is created for each client, ensuring that it aligns with their objectives and is tailored to their current fitness level.
Throughout the 6-week duration, clients receive weekly check-ins to assess their progress and make any necessary adjustments to the program. This regular communication allows for continuous monitoring and ensures that the program remains effective and suitable for the client’s evolving needs.
In addition to the strength training component, the program also includes cardio adjustments to optimize fat loss and improve cardiovascular fitness. These adjustments are made based on the client’s progress and goals, ensuring a well-rounded approach to their fitness journey.
Our Online coaches will provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout your journey. Our coaches will work closely with you to overcome obstacles, celebrate successes, and make adjustments as needed.
